Bandhavgarh

Bandhavgarh National Park is located in Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh
state in India. Bandhavgarh was declared a national park in 1968 with an
area of 105 km². The buffer is spread over the forest divisions of
Umaria and Katni and totals 437 km. The park derives its name from the most
prominent hillock of the area, which is said to be given by Lord Rama to
his brother Laxman to keep a watch on Lanka.

Kanha

Kanha National Park, part of Project Tiger, is located in Madhya Pradesh,
India. In the 1930s, the Kanha area was divided into two sanctuaries, Hallon
and Banjar, of 250 and 300 km² each. Kanha National Park was created
on 1 June 1955.
Khajuraho

Khajuraho is a village in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, located in
Chhatarpur District, about 385 miles (620 kilometres) southeast of Delhi,
the capital city of India. One of the most popular tourist destinations
in India, Khajuraho has the largest group of medieval Hindu temples, famous
for their erotic sculpture. The name Khajuraho is derived from the Hindi
word khajur meaning date palm.
